Jana G. Lefavor

Jana Lefavor is a paralegal who has been has been working with Attorney Steven J. Pizzuti and the firm for over 30 years. Her years of experience handling residential real estate transactions and comprehensive understanding of the home buying process helps maintain a smooth transition for all parties while working closely with clients, real estate brokers, lenders, and attorneys.

Her expertise with commercial real estate transactions ensures that she can assist clients coordinate all aspects of the transaction, including title, zoning matters, licensing, corporate and trust formation, and preparation of closing documents. Jana grew up in a large family from Rockland, Massachusetts and graduated from Cape Cod Community College. She has two adult sons and has lived in Sandwich with her husband for the past 30 years.
